CONTROL CONSOLES & STATIONS

We produce up to 50 ship control stations per year. This work encompasses the entire process, ranging from the receipt of raw materials and semi-finished components to the presentation of finished products that have been designed and tested for a shock resistance of up to 40G and that have undergone inspection for compliance with MIL Standard 810F, ISO and AQAP.

Dr. Chen

In the beginning there was a patented concept presented by Dr. Chen, an orthopedic specialist and chirotherapist, for a novel machine that would allow people to treat themselves for non-specific lower back pain. In the end, BUSSE had converted the idea into a marketable product after first completing an initial production series of 10 exercise machines. BUSSE created welded frames of curved bars, configured the entire kinematic system and even designed and produced the padded parts and their covers.

HEIGHT & LENGTH METER

Since 1987 we have been producing this international successful height & length meter for stand-up measurements.
Thanks to its optoelectronic measuring system, our product enables quick and accurate measurements with a maximum of operational comfort. Additionally a height measuring seat can be added to the measuring device.

ANTENNENA HOUSING WITH REFLECTOR AND LENS UNIT

The scope of our service assignment for this project included the following:
form, production-process and cost optimization; the detailed development of the “Transrapid radio system’s“ antenna housing (including its reflector and lens unit); the production of initial prototypes; and the production of an initial series of more than 140 units.
